Returns Policy

You can return an item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, merchandise credit can only be issued. After 30 days, a request for a refund or credit will be denied. Freight charges are not refundable. The item must be unused and in it's original package with all it's original content (product info cards, packing, etc). You are responsible for freight back to us and must be prepaid. Of course, all items carry the original manufacturer warranty.Additional Terms:- Products may be returned to Warrior Extreme Sports for replacement or refund within the specified amount of time from the invoice date.- Shipping charges are not refundable.- If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please keep all boards in their shrinkwrap, tags on items, etc. Until you are sure you will keep the product, please do not open or remove any packaging.- You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. - Special order items may not be returned. - All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid and insured. - Do not tape shut, or place labels on boot or bindings boxes, please box them appropriately. - Do not place clothing items in a box without the plastic bag it arrived in. - All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement unless otherwise directed by Warrior Extreme Sports.

Warranty

Warrior Skateboard decks carry a limited warranty for 60 days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is void unless registered purchase was made with Warrior. Warrior will replace at Warriors option the skateboard deck if found to be defective as to workmanship or material. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident or exterior appearance or color, breakage (except breakage resulting from manufacturing defects). This means that Warrior will repair or replace any Warrior Skateboard that delaminates due to defects in materials. This is the only condition that is covered by this warranty, and Warrior will replace with same or if not available a deck of Warriors choice of whatever is in stock at time of warranty.

Warrior Snowboards carry a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is void unless registered purchase was made with Warrior. Warrior will replace at Warriors option the snowboard if found to be defective as to workmanship or material. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident or exterior appearance or color, breakage (except breakage resulting from manufacturing defects), improper dealer service, or improper mounting of bindings.

This limited warranty extends only to the original consumer who purchased new snowboard. In no event shall Warrior be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation exclusions may not apply. All implied warranties or merchantability or otherwise are limited in duration to one year from the date of purchase.

If a defect arises in the snowboard within the limited warranty period, the user should promptly contact Warrior to request the Warranty RA#. Warrior will not be responsible for costs, such as, but not limited to , removing bindings, remounting bindings, handling, shipping or insurance. If the snowboard are replaced, the replacement product is covered only for the remainder of the original limited warranty period dating from the purchase of the original product.

Furthermore, if the snowboard that needs to be replaced are discontinued model, they will be replaced with a snowboard of comparative performance. Please allow four weeks for completion of repairs or of replacement and return of your product. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty Procedures

Warranty service is very important.

We ask that you comply with the following procedure to ensure efficient service or replacement. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization from Warrior. Compliance with these procedures will ensure the quickest possible resolution of your warranty claim.

To Obtain Return Authorization or Warranty RA#

An authorization number may be requested by phone: 800-574-9790Call a service representative at Warrior. Be ready to provide the following information:
  • Customer ID# or Name, address and Phone #.
  • Model of snowboard.
  • Length
  • Serial number of snowboard
  • A brief description of the damage.


To Return for Warranty or Refund:

  • Attach a copy of the PROOF OF PURCHASE to the snowboard.
  • Package the snowboard carefully to prevent further damage.
  • Write the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly on the outside of the carton being returned. If this # is not visible in large bold writing on the outside of the box then the package will be refused and will delay Warranty or Refund.

Skateboarding and Snowboarding can be a dangerous activity, that could cause serious damage, injury, or death. Children should always be carefully trained and supervised by an adult. The snowboard equipment that you ride forms part of or all of a snowboard/boot/binding system which is a non-release system. The non-release system does not reduce the risk of injury or death. The equipment should always be properly inspected before each use, and should not be used if any parts are worn, damaged, missing, loose, or badly maintained. To minimize the chance of injury stay within your abilities and always wear appropriate protective equipment. Skateboarding and Snowboarding action pictured in magazines, catalogs, websites, videos, etc do not warrant properties of our products and should only be attempted by those with proper training and equipment. The manufacturer, distributor, and seller of this product undertake no responsibility for damage which may be caused by the use of these skateboards or snowboard and/or non-release bindings and/or accessories whether caused by accident, negligence, or otherwise. Through the purchase and/or use of this skateboard and/or snowboard and/or non-release bindings and/or accessories, the purchaser and/or user of this skateboard and/or snowboard and/or non-release bindings and/or accessories understand and agree to accept all responsibility for any damage, injury, or death.
